Join Sophie for Kripalu Yoga on Mondays at 7:00pm. End the day with a yoga practice for all levels in our peaceful meditation space. Kripalu offers an opportunity to tune into and listen to your body as you mindfully move through asana and build strength and flexibility. Drop in fee is $14/class.
