Crystal Empowerment – an introduction to working with crystals for healing

This class will help you develop your connection with crystals and begin using them to support your energy.
Reiki I certification with Tricia Hartnett
Star + Splendor 96 Congress Street, TroyREGISTER HERE. Join Trish to learn about Reiki, its history, and the chakras. During the workshop, students will be attuned and learn the skills necessary to give reiki to themselves and others. The workshop will conclude with all participants practicing giving Reiki to themselves and others, both in a chair and on the table. Tricia is a Reiki Master Teacher in the Usui as well as Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® practices. This class will focus on Usui Reiki. Please dress comfortably, and bring snacks and drinks to stay nourished throughout the day. Written materials and a Reiki 1 completion certificate will be provided. Please ensure your name is spelled correctly when registering so that the completion certificate is accurate.

An attunement is the process by which participants are connected to the Reiki universal life force. The workshop will conclude with all participants practicing Reiki.
