In this free Zoom class, we’ll discuss how to begin the practice of keeping a spiritual journal. We’ll cover what to record in it, variations on themes (i.e.; a creative, divination, or mood journal… ) and how the journal can become both a spiritual tool, a record of practice, and a place for us to do important inner work.
