As you rest deeply in the vibration of of her Tibetan healing bowls, you will receive an energetic re-tuning. The stress relief and balancing effect of a Sound Bath is often felt for weeks. Perfect for those who find meditation difficult, sound healing provides deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and a lifted mood.
