Sound Bath with Chris

Join Chris Kaczmarek in our meditation space on Friday, September 15 at 7pm for a soothing, replenishing vibrational soundscape. She’ll be playing Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, soft drums and her lovely gong to create a sound experience for healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all! If you find meditation challenging, this will place you into an easy state of relaxation and centering.
