Healing Sound Bath with Elise

Join us for a healing sound bath with the beautiful vibrations of Elise Manzo’s singing bowls for the Autumn Equinox. As the days get shorter and the nights get longer and the soil is still fertile we can plant our seeds for abundance. At this sound bath you will set your intention for what you’d like to see grow.

Healing with sound can support and offer relief from ailments such as stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, pain, and moodiness. The immediate benefit of sound healing is an elevated mood, the effects of which can be felt for days.
