    Join sound therapist Elise Manzo for a healing Sound Bath for the Lunar Eclipse in Gemini! The transitions during this time are especially intense, but we can move through them with with grace and healing. A sound bath supports physical healing, peace, anxiety and stress relief.

    We will be hosting this as a socially distant event. Please bring your mask, pillows and mats to sit on and whatever will make you comfortable in that position. Chairs will be available for those who wish. Elise will be able to reach you better with the bowls in this way!

She’ll be playing Tibetan healing bowls, chimes, soft drums and her lovely gong to create a soothing and uplifting soundscape for healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all!

    Space is limited to 8, so please reserve your spot soon. Bring a mat, pillow and blanket for comfort. Masks are required.
