Star + Splendor 196 Main St, AltamontJoin Chris Kaczmarek in our meditation space on Thursday, May 5 at 7pm for a soothing, vibrational soundscape. She’ll be playing Tibetan healing bowls, chimes, soft drums and her lovely gong to create a sound experience for healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all! If you find meditation challenging, this will place you into an easy state of relaxation and centering.

Space is limited to 8, so please reserve your spot soon. Bring a mat, pillow and blanket for comfort. Masks are required.
