Join Chris Kaczmarek in our meditation space on Friday, May 5 at 7pm for a soothing, vibrational soundscape. She’ll be playing Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, soft drums and her lovely gong to create a sound experience for healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all! If you find meditation challenging, this will place you into an easy state of relaxation and centering.

Join Dawna for further studies into Shamanic Journey Work on Wednesday, May 31. She will guide you with her drum as you journey, and each session will include at least one journey, if not more. Please bring your journal and anything to make you comfortable during your journey (mat, pillow, etc…) To attend this session, you must have taken the Introduction to the Shamanic Journey Class with Dawna or received a private invitation. $35
