Reiki I with Tricia Hartnett
Star + Splendor 96 Congress Street, TroyIn this training, students learn about Reiki, its history, and the chakras. During class an attunement will be performed for each student. An attunement is the process by which participants are connected to the Reiki universal life force. The workshop will conclude with all participants practicing Reiki.
Reiki Level I with Dawna Hulslander
Star + Splendor 96 Congress Street, TroyLearn to heal yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually in Reiki Level One. This class introduces you to the history of Reiki, hand positions for self-treatment, and attunes you to the Universal Life Force Energy.
The fee includes all materials, and your Level One attunement. You may want to bring a journal and pen for taking notes and a water bottle.
This class will be held at Star + Splendor on Sunday, January 30th – 3 – 7 PM. The cost is $150.
