meditation for stress relief

Join Chris Kaczmarek in our meditation space on Friday, May 5 at 7pm for a soothing, vibrational soundscape. She’ll be playing Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, soft drums and her lovely gong to create a sound experience for healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all!
