Star + Splendor 96 Congress Street, TroyJoin Dawna for further studies into Shamanic Journey Work. She will guide you with her drum as you journey. Each session will include at least one journey, if not more. Please bring your journal and anything to make you comfortable (mat, pillow, etc…)
To attend this session, you must have taken the Introduction to the Shamanic Journey Class with Dawna or received a private invitation.
Healing Sound Bath with Elise
Star + Splendor 96 Congress Street, TroyJoin sound therapist Elise Manzo for a healing Sound Bath. The transitions during this time are especially intense, but we can move through them with with grace and healing. A sound bath supports such healing and peace.
Women’s Circle for the New Moon
Star + Splendor 96 Congress Street, TroyLisa Marie Layman will lead a women’s circle with the new moon. This is an opportunity for all who identify as women to connect, share, grow. We will incorporate silent drumming into our time together, so please bring a drum or rattle.
