Shamanic Journey Study Group
Star + Splendor 96 Congress Street, TroyJoin Dawna for further studies into Shamanic Journey Work on Wednesday, May 3 at 7pm. She will guide you with her drum as you journey, and each session will include at least one journey, if not more. Please bring your journal and anything to make you comfortable during your journey (mat, pillow, etc…)

Shamanic journeywork is a traditional technique used for spiritual healing, growth and enlightenment. Each class will lead you to a different realm, as well as introduce you to various guides to help you along the way. Discussions will include the various States of Consciousness, methods for safe Shamanic journeywork, the realms that exist for travel, and tips for solo journeys. Each session includes a journey, reflection / journaling time, and time to share our messages.
