    Learn to heal yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually in Reiki Level One.  This class introduces you to the history of Reiki, hand positions for self-treatment, and attunes you to the Universal Life Force Energy.

    The fee includes all materials, and your Level One attunement. You may want to bring a journal and pen for taking notes and a water bottle.

    This class will be held at Star + Splendor on Sunday, January 30th – 3 – 7 PM. The cost is $150.

    Staying Connected, Grounding, Centering, and being Mindful are important to your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical wellbeing.  

    Join Dawna for a night of playful fun, while you learn several grounding and centering techniques to energetically pull yourself back to a place of balance. This is a preliminary skill for healing and intuitive work that we may do in the world.

Join Dawna and your fellow energy healers for an evening of rejuvenation, sharing your healing gifts, working on each other, and practicing your skills.  All modalities are welcome. This circle will take place Wednesday, November 30, 7-9pm (and every 4 weeks thereafter) About the instructor: Dawna Hulslander LMT, RMT has been practicing holistic healing and earth spirituality for over 28 years.  She is an Herbalist, Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist (MA only), Intuitive Healer, and Earth Spirituality Educator. Dawna thrives on helping people transform their lives through devoting time to the balance of their Body, Mind, and Spirit; BEing in the Now; and having fun.
