Sound Bath

Join Chris Kaczmarek in our meditation space on Friday, December 15 at 7pm for our monthly sound bath.
Chris will create a vibrational soundscape with Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, soft drums and gong to create an experience of healing and stress relief. Chris is a Reiki Master and sound therapy practitioner, and her sound baths are enjoyed by all. If you find meditation challenging, this will place you into an easy state of relaxation and centering.
Space is limited, so please reserve your spot soon. Bring a mat, pillow and blanket for comfort.
