    Rainbow Breath Meditation – 7PM on March 10 (1.5 – 2 hours) This class is limited to 8 participants, so please register early. Enjoy the cleansing effect of rainbow light as it flows through your body; restoring your energy flow and releasing mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical blockages. Learn to breathe with ease, so that you can renew yourself and feel refreshed. No experience necessary. Dawna will gently guide you along the path towards healing and balance.
