DESCRIPTION:The purpose of Reiki Level One is to heal yourself mentally\, emotionally\, physically\, and spiritually.  Reiki One introduces you to the history of Reiki\, hand positions for self-treatment\, and to attune you to the Universal Life Force Energy. \nThe fee includes all materials\, a Level One Attunement\, snacks\, tea and seltzer.  Please notify us of any food allergies. You may want to bring a journal and pen for taking notes and a water bottle. \nThis class will be held at Star + Splendor on November 14th – 3 – 7 PM. The cost is $150. \nAbout the instructor: \nDawna Hulslander LMT\, RMT has been practicing holistic healing and earth spirituality for over 28 years.  She is an Herbalist\, Aromatherapist\, Massage Therapist (MA only)\, Intuitive Healer\, and Earth Spirituality Educator.
