Shamanic journeywork is a traditional technique used for spiritual healing\, growth and enlightenment. Each class will lead you to a different realm\, as well as introduce you to various guides to help you along the way. Discussions will include the various States of Consciousness\, methods for safe Shamanic journeywork\, the realms that exist for travel\, and tips for solo journeys. Each session includes a journey\, reflection / journaling time\, and time to share our messages. \nThese classes build on each other\, so you can drop out\, but you cannot drop in. The dates in the series are 3/3\, 3/17\, 3/31\, 4/14 \nClasses are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and begin at 7 pm \nBring a yoga mat / blanket / pillow to sit on or lie down during your journey\, a journal\, a pen / pencil\, and an open mind.
