SUMMARY:Opening Your Inner Doorways: A Shamanic Journey Series (4 dates included)
DESCRIPTION:Join Dawna for a series of Shamanic journeys and discover the Otherworld. Shamanic journeywork is a traditional technique used for spiritual healing\, growth and enlightenment. Each class will lead you to a different realm\, as well as introduce you to various guides to help you along the way. Discussions will include the various States of Consciousness\, methods for safe Shamanic journeywork\, the realms that exist for travel\, and tips for solo journeys. Each session includes a journey\, reflection / journaling time\, and time to share our messages. \nThese classes build on each other\, so you can drop out\, but you cannot drop in. The dates in the series are 10/27\, 11/10\, 12/8\, 12/22. \nClasses are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and begin at 7 pm. \nPre-registration required. You can do so here. \nBring a yoga mat / blanket / pillow to sit on or lie down during your journey\, a journal\, a pen / pencil\, and an open mind. \n  \nLowerworld Journey: Meet your Animal Guide (10/27) \nLet the sound of the drum take you to the Underworld\, the land of Mother Earth\,\nwhere you will meet your power ally or spirit animal. Your animal guide will have a\nspecial message for you\, which will help you to learn more about yourself. \nUpperworld Journey: Meet your Spirit Ally (11/10) \nAllow the drum to carry you to the Upperworld to meet your Spirit Ally. Your Spirit\nGuide will give you an insightful look into the realm of the Spirit World through both\ntravel and messages. They will guide you towards your own true balance. \nMiddleworld Journey: Meet you Ancestor Helpers (12/8) \nJourney through the Middleworld and meet with some of your Ancestor Helpers.\nYour ancestors\, some of your blood and some of your spirit\, will meet you to answer\nyour questions and offer you advice. \nA Healing Journey (12/22) \nAllow your Allies and Helpers to assist you in healing yourself and others. This will\nbe a very basic intro to Shamanic Healing techniques and Intuitive Healing. This\nsession is always designed to be exactly what each of you needs at the moment. We\nheal as we are ready to heal. Allow your guides to help you return to balance.
