DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, October 13 at Star + Splendor. Register here. \nJoin Dawna for an introduction to the safe methods for traveling to the “Otherworld” to work with your spirit guides\, gain insight into your true self\, and begin to come back into balance with your true nature. Discussion will include the various States of Consciousness and some of the methods for Shamanic journeywork. We will then journey to our sacred grove\, our “base camp” for journeywork\, explore\, and get comfortable in the spirit realm. Further discussion will include time to share our messages\, how to return for solo journeys\, and the various realms that exist for travel.  1.5 to 2 hours.
